Transformational Men’s Wellbeing & Personal Growth Sessions
I help men and young adults build emotional resilience, clarity, and confidence through structured, person‑centred conversations and transformative workshops. Drawing on my counselling skills training and my leadership role at Menshare Listening Group (a men’s mental‑health charity) I support individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship breakdowns, financial stress, long‑term sickness, suicide and identity (what is it to be a man) or purpose struggles. For several years, I’ve co‑led weekly men’s circles, facilitated group discussions, delivered workshops, and supported individuals through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I work closely with NHS teams, police, homeless services, mental‑health professionals, life coaches, and community organisations to ensure men are signposted to the right support. My approach is grounded in: Person‑centred therapeutic conversation Accountability and ownership coaching Positive psychology and affirmation work Transformational mindset workshops Negative and positive visualisation techniques Self‑discipline and responsibility frameworks Mentor/mentee guidance for young men I also create digital wellbeing content, run community fundraising initiatives, and host a mental‑health podcast (@BYSMSPOD), helping men feel seen, heard, and supported.
