Prospecting the Ecuadorian market
Since 2013 we have done more than 200 market prospecting studies for Spanish companies interested in the Ecuadorian market as local advisors of the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade. Such studies have covered products and services in a wide variety of sectors. Additional to analyzing macro economic and sector data, we interview potential clients, representatives and distributors to evaluate market potential and attractiveness in order to make valued recommendations. In a second phase, if the company decides to tap the Ecuadorian market, we accompany executives interested in coming into the country setting appointments with accounting and legal advisors, registry, potential clientes and other entities.
