Hello, I'm Hamdi Sellami.
I am an Independent Consultant based in Algeria, working across youth development, capacity building, program design and delivery, partnerships, and impact measurement, with a strong interest in opportunities across the region and internationally. I also support individuals through coaching and personal development, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose. Over the years, I have worked with young people, civil society, governments, NGOs, international organizations, and diverse communities.
Professional Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in youth development, capacity building, program design and delivery, partnerships, and impact measurement. Licensed Practitioner of NLP™ through The Society of NLP™, with certification personally signed by NLP co-creator Richard Bandler. Experienced in supporting young people in their personal development, including confidence, self-awareness, communication, motivation, and personal and professional growth. I have also experienced coaching personally since 2019. This has shaped the way I work with others and reinforced a simple belief: everyone can benefit from support, perspective, and guidance at different stages of life.
